We can use a high accuracy Datalogger and create an accurate account of your company’s actual compressed air demand throughout a typical 7 day period, the software we have will produce graphs of the 7-day overlay and the day-by-day air demand.

From the collected data, we can produce a report profiling the cost to your company of the electricity used to generate your compressed air. We can also identify other compressed air items like Desiccant Dryers and Drains that can also be improved.

The simulation program will enable us to take the produced files and then run a simulation of how your compressed air system would operate with the latest in compressor technology such as a Variable Speed Compressors.

From the Demand Analysis, we can manage your entire compressed air system by means of a remote monitoring system and remote diagnostics, if you prefer and if your project requires a more hands-on approach, we can also provide local engineers to attend site no problem.

Compressor Solutions can also carry out a survey on your compressed air leakage rate, we use the latest ultra-sonic leak detection equipment and will produce a report on where leaks are occurring and more importantly too, how much they are costing you? We will tag any leaks found and take a photograph for reference and any recommendations will be in the report produced after the survey.
